History: Jimmy Woo is an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.. He facilitates the Vault until the Breakout. He then maintains the Helicarrier.

Personality: Jimmy is a confidant leader and is naturally brilliant. His men trust him and he gets along with the heroes making occasional 'drop-offs' to his facility.

Abilities & Resources: Jimmy has no powers but has extensive SHIELD training in handling weapons and in martial arts.
