Sniper: Spend 1 PP to enter a scene hidden and in a position to do some harm. Take or step up a Complication representing a tenuous or precarious position to create a Sniper Nest D8 Asset.
Take Aim: Step back Move until the end of the scene to create an In My Crosshairs D8 Asset.

Major Bludd’s loyalty is proportionate to the amount of money his employer is paying him… and even that is debatable. The point is, he is a mercenary who cares nothing for morals, kindness or anything else that prohibits him from getting the job done.

He has worked for Cobra on numerous occasions and was even something of a “regular” at one point. That said, he feels no loyalty to anyone in the organization and won’t hesitate to turn on them under the right circumstances. Such circumstances usually involve money.

Major Bludd fancies himself a poet; only Baroness agrees with him on the matter. In truth, his poems are terrible without exception.

SIGNATURE ASSETS
Rocket Pistol D6: Picking off a target stealthily from a mile away is a wonderful thing, but sometimes, you simply need to blow things up! This weapon does exactly that! He carries four extra rockets on his backpack in case one shot simply won’t cut the mustard.
Sniper Rifle D6: Bludd’s specialty is shooting an opponent from afar before they even know what hits them. For that reason, this is the perfect tool of the trade.
Protective Gear D6: Bludd wears a metal vest/breastplate\ as well as a helmet on his head and a metal protective brace over the majority of his right arm. The latter protects him against traditional damage as well as from the backlash of the rockets he fires from his pistol.
